Welcome to Buslla. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of this website and the services we provide. By using the site or submitting a booking request through it, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Definitions

“Client”: anyone who uses the site or requests a service. “Supplier”: the independent party that actually provides the service, such as airlines, hotels, transport and car-rental companies, insurers, eSIM providers, visa-issuing authorities, international driving permit (IDP) issuing bodies, and any other third party involved in delivering travel packages. “Service”: any booking, arrangement or facilitation we make on your behalf. “Booking”: a confirmed service request.

2. Our role (agent / intermediary)

Buslla acts as an agent and intermediary arranging and coordinating travel services supplied by independent third parties. When a booking is confirmed, the actual service contract is formed between you and the relevant Supplier and is governed by that Supplier’s terms. Buslla is not a party to that contract and is not liable for a Supplier’s failure, delay, change or cancellation, for the quality of the Supplier’s service, or for its decisions (such as denied boarding, refused accommodation, or non-acceptance of an international driving permit by local authorities in the destination), beyond Buslla’s role as the booking coordinator.

3. Requests, booking and confirmation

Any request you send via the form or WhatsApp is non-binding until we confirm availability and price and receive the agreed payment. Prices and availability remain subject to change until confirmation and payment, as they are set by Suppliers and may change without prior notice.

4. Prices, payment and tax

Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless stated otherwise, inclusive of or subject to Value Added Tax (15%) where applicable by law. Service or issuance fees may apply and will be disclosed before confirmation. You will be issued an invoice showing the total price including all fees and taxes, in line with the E-Commerce Law. Full payment is required to confirm a booking unless otherwise agreed.

5. Passports, visas, entry and health requirements

You are solely responsible for meeting all travel requirements, including passport validity (preferably at least 6 months), visas, health requirements (such as vaccinations), the validity and acceptance of international driving permits and the local driving requirements of the host country, and your destination’s entry rules. Buslla may assist with the visa process but does not guarantee that a visa will be issued; the decision of the competent authority or embassy is final and outside Buslla’s control. Government and service fees are non-refundable if a visa is refused or not issued.

6. Changes, cancellation and refunds

Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Supplier’s rules (airline, hotel, etc.) and may incur penalties or be wholly or partly non-refundable. Buslla’s service fees are non-refundable. Any amounts due to you are returned after we actually receive them from the Supplier, which may take time, and after deducting applicable charges.

Under the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulation, the 7-day right of withdrawal does not apply to travel-ticket bookings, hotel reservations, car rental, transport, accommodation, catering and event-organizing services; such bookings are therefore handled solely under their Suppliers’ terms.

7. Delay in performance

In line with the E-Commerce Law, if performance of a service is delayed beyond the agreed date by more than fifteen (15) days for a reason attributable to us and not due to force majeure, you may request cancellation and a refund of what you paid for that service.

8. Force majeure

Buslla is not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, epidemics, war and unrest, strikes, airspace or border closures, and governmental or sovereign decisions.

9. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete information, to review booking details as soon as you receive them (names as per passport, dates and destinations) and notify us of any error immediately, and to comply with your destination’s laws and with proper conduct while travelling. You bear the consequences of any incorrect information you provide.

10. Limitation of liability

In all cases, Buslla’s liability shall not exceed the value of the service fees you paid us for the service in dispute. Buslla is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of enjoyment of the trip.

11. Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing suitable travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies and baggage, to protect your trip against unforeseen risks.

12. Communication and consent

By submitting a request through the site, you agree that we may contact you via WhatsApp, phone or email regarding your request, and that your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this site.

13. Intellectual property

All content, design, logo and trademarks on this site are owned by or licensed to Buslla and may not be copied, used or republished without prior written permission.

14. Complaints

We are happy to resolve any feedback or complaint amicably via email info@buslla.com or phone +966 56 269 6276. Where necessary, you may escalate to the competent authorities (the Ministry of Tourism for travel services, or the Ministry of Commerce for consumer protection).

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial bodies in the Kingdom shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

16. Changes to these Terms

Buslla may update these Terms at any time, effective upon publication on the site. Your continued use of the site after publication constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy

Buslla respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its Implementing Regulation. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your data, and what your rights are.

1. Data we collect

We may collect: your name, mobile number (WhatsApp), email, nationality, trip details (destinations, dates, number of travellers, preferences), passport or document details where needed to complete a booking or visa, and technical data (IP address, device and browser type, and cookies). We do not store your bank card details; payments are processed through accredited payment providers.

2. How we collect it

We collect it through the booking request form on the site, via WhatsApp, phone and email, through site forms, and through cookies while you browse.

3. Legal basis and purposes

We process your data to: deliver the service you requested (contract performance), respond to your enquiries, complete bookings with Suppliers, meet our legal obligations, improve our services and the site experience, and send marketing offers where you have given consent.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We may share your data — only to the extent necessary — with Suppliers to complete your booking (airlines, hotels, transport companies, insurers, visa-issuing authorities and payment providers), and with government or competent authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

5. Cross-border transfer

Arranging your travel outside the Kingdom may require transferring some of your data to Suppliers or entities outside the Kingdom (such as hotels, airlines and embassies). Such transfer takes place on the basis that it is necessary to perform the contract with you, with appropriate safeguards under the PDPL.

6. Data retention

We keep your data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected or to meet legal requirements, after which it is securely destroyed.

7. Data security

We apply appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, use or disclosure, and review them periodically.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to: be informed about how your data is processed, access it and obtain a copy in a clear format, correct or update it, have it destroyed when no longer needed, and withdraw your consent at any time. 9. Data breach notification

If your data suffers a leak, damage or unlawful access that may cause harm, we will notify the competent authority (the Saudi Data & AI Authority — SDAIA) and notify you, as required by the regulation.

10. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools to improve your experience and measure site performance. You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings, noting that this may affect some site features.

11. Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed to persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data except through a parent or guardian.

12. Complaints

You may contact us first to resolve any privacy concern. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) regarding the processing of your personal data.

13. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, effective upon publication on the site, with the “Last updated” date above amended accordingly.
